DR!P Hockey: Returns & Refunds Policy
At DR!P Hockey, we're committed to quality products and happy customers. This policy outlines how to return an item and the details of our hockey stick guarantee.
This policy is split into two parts:

Standard Returns: For unwanted items you've changed your mind about.

DR!P Stick Guarantee: For sticks that have developed a fault during play.
1. Standard Returns (Changed Your Mind?)
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition: All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition. They must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all original tags and labels (including any stick wrapping) intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, "puck-marked," skated in, or altered in any way.

Return Shipping: You (the customer) are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 working days. Please note, your original shipping fee is non-refundable.

2. The DR!P Hockey Stick Guarantee (1-Month)
We stand by the quality of our sticks. All DR!P Hockey composite sticks come with a 1-month (30-day) limited guarantee against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
This guarantee provides a one-time replacement for a stick that breaks due to a manufacturing fault. It is not a warranty against all breakages. Hockey is a tough sport, and sticks can break from the stress of normal play.
What is NOT Covered (Misuse & Standard Wear)
This guarantee is subject to DR!P Hockey's discretion to prevent abuse and identify breaks caused by misuse. The guarantee does not cover:

Damage from direct impact, such as contact with another player's stick (slashes), skates, the boards, goal posts, or gates.

Breakage from blocking shots.

Damage to the edge of the blade (sometimes called "reverse hitting" damage).

Cosmetic issues like chips, scratches, paint flaking, or rattles that do not affect the stick's performance.

Breaks resulting from use on non-ice surfaces (e.g., concrete, asphalt, training tiles).

Damage from excessive bending, overheating (e.g., for curving), or improper storage (like a hot car).
How to Make a Guarantee Claim
If you believe your stick has a manufacturing defect, please DO NOT send the stick back to us.

Email Us: Send an email to hello@driphockey.co.uk within the 30-day guarantee period.

Include in your email:

Your original order number.

A clear description of the fault and how it happened.

Clear photographs showing:

A close-up of the broken area.

A photo of the entire stick (both front and back).

Our team will assess your claim based on the evidence provided. We reserve the right to request the stick be returned to us for a full physical inspection at your cost. If the claim is approved, we will send you a one-time replacement stick.
